Tomboy Tools Inc. warrants to the purchaser a lifetime warranty that all tools are free from defects in material and workmanship. All hand tools continue to carry a lifetime warranty when the tool is used properly. The following tools carry a limited warranty; Tomboy Tools Inc. warrants the purchaser a one (1) year, limited warranty from the date of purchase on the 8v impact drill, paint brushes, roller covers, gloves, drill bits, plumbing snake, sanding block, digital tire gauge, flashlight and apparel. Cutting tools and paint products are not warranted against normal use.
